LISSRO (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website lissro.com, a digital mall for AI creation services, music, and content. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site and how we use it.

a) Information you give us directly

Comments: when you leave a comment on our blog, we collect your name, email address, and the comment itself (plus your IP address and browser user agent, to help with spam detection).
Contact forms: when you write to us through our contact page, we collect your name, email address, and your message.
Echo chat assistant: when you write to Echo, the chat assistant on our site, we receive your message and send it to our AI provider (Groq) so it can generate an answer. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat. We do not use chat messages to build marketing profiles.
Account registration (currently disabled): if registration is enabled in the future, we would collect a username and email address.

b) Information collected automatically

Cookies: we use cookies to keep the site working (for example, remembering your preferences) and to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work properly.
Analytics and logs: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit) for security and performance purposes.

c) Embedded content
